Nicole worked for Tollgard Design Group for 3 years, first in a sales and design role and then as our Studio Manager. The latter was a very challenging role, managing a studio of 10 designers, a samples library, price lists, day-to-day office needs as well as the payments and HR. She rose to it capably and gracefully.
